Fixed price from inventory and route. Algarve and Lisbon are our regular runs; partial-load pricing keenest on these. Silver Coast and Alentejo add a final-mile leg. Coastal vs inland storage if dates need it.

We had two years to plan and three weeks to actually do it. Walthamstow flat to Cascais. Quoted on the Wednesday, loaded on the Saturday, in the Lisbon depot by Tuesday — held until our escritura signed the following week. Delivery hit the morning we picked up the keys. The Portuguese guy had spoken to our porteiro the day before. Customs cleared. Done.
